  As thousands of new Monash University Students arrived for O Week in February, ALV held a visual protest against Monash Uni’s use of live rabbits in classroom experiments. An ALV activist dressed as a rabbit with her throat slit was tied to a vivisector’s restraining board while other activists handed out hundreds of DVDs containing under cover video footage of the real procedure.
